If you go between the narrow capes you will find that it is shallow, the bottom structure is like small terraces coming from each cape. There are also canyons at the bottom.
Outside Gröthögarna there is a shallow called Yran, it is too far to dive to from the mainland, a boat is required. Otherwise it is an exciting drop from 2m to 18m.

Directions: Drive towards Torekov-väg105, in Ängalag drive right, signposted N. Ängalag. Park at
nature reserve. NOTE! There are horses in the pasture, so do not leave equipment unattended. Horses bite everything. We left the equipment far out on the cape. It is full of rocks that horses do not like to walk on.
