Across the bay from Ringhals stands the lighthouse in Bua. You can park the car quite close to the lighthouse and from there walk down to the water. 100 meters south of the lighthouse, there is a swimming ladder, but the rocks there tend to be quite slippery, so it’s safer to enter the water in the small bay another 20 meters down. There are a lot of fish and animals to look at. If you swim further out where the depth becomes more than about 8 meters, the nature changes to mostly sand, but if you stay in the small bay at a moderate depth, it’s like swimming around in an aquarium.
