If you’re on the same side as Lysekil in regards to the Gullmarsfjord, you can take the opportunity to dive here.

There are no direct walls or rock formations, just mostly muddy bottom. It may not sound very positive, but the muddy bottom has a lot to offer in terms of marine life. Cylinder roses are not uncommon here.

It’s not one of our favorite spots, but definitely worth a visit. Perhaps best as an evening dive, when autumn sets in, as there are great chances of encountering octopus.
